Mark Hickman
Principal Agent
Mark runs the agency and works with families and business owners all over Central Arkansas. His approach is simple: ask enough questions to understand the situation, then set the coverage up right the first time. Every policy this agency writes is his name on the line.
Jennifer Sullivan
Producer
Jennifer walks clients through their options across our carriers and stays with them from the first quote to the day the policy goes into effect. If you have a question about what's covered, she's a good person to ask.
Malissa Wallace
Producer
Malissa is a PIA Walk of Fame honoree — recognition from the Professional Insurance Agents association that doesn't get handed out lightly. She brings that same care to every quote she puts together and every renewal she looks over.
Michelle Hickman
Office Manager
Michelle keeps everything moving — policy changes, certificates, billing questions, claims follow-ups. If you've called the office and something got handled quickly, that was probably Michelle.
